Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website casinospindog.bet (the "Site"), which is operated by 3-102-891738 S.A. (the "Operator") under Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2020-5790.

By accessing the Site, creating an account or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your place of residence if that age is higher, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the Site is lawful in the country or region where you are located.

The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms take effect once they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

In the event of a malfunction, the Operator may void any affected game rounds, bets and payouts to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of the Operator to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates against any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to any rules on conflict of laws.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact the Operator in writing and to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be regarded as a waiver of that right or provision.
